How long does the process take?
The family starts in 5 minutes. We collect stories over 14 days via SMS. Editorial curation and book production takes 4–6 weeks after collection closes. The finished book is delivered directly to the family's home.
How do I get paid?
We set you up with a Stripe account (takes 2 minutes). When a referred family pays, your $200 commission is automatically deposited. You can track everything in your partner portal.
What if the family asks me questions I can't answer?
Tell them to visit the link on the card or scan the QR code. Everything they need is there. If they have deeper questions, they can text or email us directly. You never have to be the expert.
Can I start a memorial on behalf of a family?
Yes. Your partner portal has a "Start New Project" button. Enter the family contact's name and phone number, and they'll receive a text to begin. The project is automatically attributed to you.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No minimums, no contracts, no exclusivity. Refer one family or a hundred. The $200 commission is the same every time.
