Every memorial begins as The Vault — a permanent digital archive of every memory shared. If your community's contributions unlock The Magazine or The Full Artifact, those are built in addition. You always receive at minimum the digital collection, no matter what.
Yes. The contribution window stays open for 60 days after launch. Memories can be shared at any time. Contributions like name inscriptions, tributes, and pre-orders are accepted throughout the window.
The family does. Every memory is reviewed by the family before inclusion. Our editorial team handles the design, layout, and narrative structure — but the family approves everything before it goes to print.
Yes. If you're not satisfied for any reason within 14 days of launching your memorial, we refund the full $250. No questions asked. Contributor payments are held in escrow until the memorial is finalized.
